Interested buyers must file their Letter of Intent (LOI) and the following documents to hold the requested units for 24 hours. Once the unit is on hold the client can deposit his payment within the given time.

a.    Fully accomplished Letter of Intent (LOI) form

b.    Fully accomplished Buyers Information Sheet (BIS)

c. Government-issued ID.

d.    Copy of reservation check payable to Global – Estate Resorts Inc.
